April 15, 2025 Press Conference: The fiscal year 2025 federal budget resolution reconciliation process is underway in both the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives. 

CALL TO ACTION:

1. Please reach out to the U.S. Senators and House Representatives listed below and share your voices. Simple messages are best. Tell Senators and Representatives what you want your tax dollars to go to because they are important to your family. Consider the following - “Please do not cut essential services and programs for our community. I want community safety net services protected and strengthened for children, vulnerable youth, hardworking families, seniors, and veterans.“ Then share the services and programs that matter most to you such as Medicaid, Medicare, food assistance (SNAP), public education, student aid, veteran services, and any others you are aware of.
